Sowing time: Spring-Summer, Winter/warmer areas only.

Position:  Sunny.

Sowing: 12mm deep, direct in final position. 4-5 seeds in clumps, 40-50cm apart.

Sprouting: 6-10 days.

Harvest: 80-120 days.

Chakra: Sacral

When the young plants have 5 or 6 leaves, pinch out their growing tips to encourage the growth of side shoots.  Grows into a vine bearing delicious, succulent fruit throughout summer.

General note: 
Do not be too hasty to discard seed that does not germinate, seeds will often lay dormant until the conditions are similar to their natural requirements for germination to occur. Containers put to one side will often surprise long after they were discarded.
