A Japanese mild mustard plant. The leaves are generally used in salads and picked when young and tender. It is quite hardy in rainy and cold weather and does best in the cooler times of the year. Grows to around 30cm, with a crisp, fresh taste that adds delicious flavour to baby leaf salads.

General note:
Do not be too hasty to discard seed that does not germinate, seeds will often lay dormant until the conditions are similar to their natural requirements for germination to occur. Containers put to one side will often surprise long after they were discarded.
