Climate: Temperature must be over 25-30C to germinate.
Position: Sunny, well drained.
Sowing: 5mm directly in final position or in seed boxes; space 50cm apart.
Sprouting: 10-14 days
Harvest: Harvest any time when fruits are of a suitable size. Approx. 70-80 days.

Also known as Pepperoncini commercially when pickled, this southern Italian heirloom variety is usually grown for its spicy green fruits that sweeten as they fully ripen to red. Often used for pickling or frying, it is milder than other types of chilli. Also great for salads, sandwiches, pizza, and more.
