Climate: Cool, temperate climates, 15-28C.
Sowing: 20-30mm deep, 10-25cm apart.

Adzuki is an ancient variety of bean used in Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese and South Korean cuisine, usually grown exclusively for dried bean production. Best in cool to temperate climates, they are extremely easy to grow. Avoid planting in Summer if in warmer climates as very hot weather can prohibit bean production.
