Ideal sowing temp: 15-20C
Position: Sunny or part-shade.
Sowing: Lay on top of soil press lightly into the earth.
Care: Water with fine mist spray to avoid disturbance of the seed. Keep in cooler conditions after germination occurs.
Sprouting: 10-30 days.
Also known as NZ Rock Lily, Renga Renga Lily, Rock Lily.

This perennial, evergreen lily has flower stalks to about 60cm, bearing many 2cm white star-shaped flowers, in groups of two or three. The stamens are purple and white, with yellow at the curled end. The rhizomes are edible and were used as food by the Maori people.
