Bean Scarlet Emperor (runner) seeds

Flowers: Produces attractive, edible red flowers.

Sowing time: Spring and summer (needs 18-25 degrees C).

Climate: Known to be a perennial in mild and frost free climates. Avoid Frost and in tropical climates avoid hot and wet times of the year.

Position: Prefer sunny positon.

Sowing: 25mm deep.

Sprouting: Emerge 7-10 days.

Harvest: Harvest in approx 50 days after sowing.

This variety produces long green and flat pods. Known to be a perennial in mild and frost free climates. Best harvest is in the first year but will die back in winter and shoot again the following spring for around seven years.
