Silverbeet ‘Rainbow Mix’ seeds 

Sowing time: Spring to Autumn in most climates.

                        Autumn to Winter in tropics.

Climate: 14-28C.  Water well in hot weather. 

Position:  Direct into the garden bed or pots. 

Sowing: 20mm deep, and 30cm apart.

Sprouting: Emerge 7-14 days. 

Harvest: 8-12 weeks.  Pick leaves and watch it continue growing for a lasting harvest. 

Chakra: Heart 

Colourful vegetable to catch the eye of fussy eaters that can be used in place of spinach and silverbeet.  Grow in garden beds or large pots for a lasting supply of succulent leaves in rainbow colours.

General note: 
Do not be too hasty to discard seed that does not germinate, seeds will often lay dormant until the conditions are similar to their natural requirements for germination to occur. Containers put to one side will often surprise long after they were discarded.
